About the Authors

Josiah Lebowitz is an independent game developer and an active member of the IGDA's writing special interest group. He has a Bachelor's degree in game design and a Master's in game production from The University of Advancing Technology, with a particular focus on game story structures and interactivity.

Chris Klug teaches at Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center and has also taught at the Art Institutes. He is a member of the Writer's Guild of America West and a playwright. Before joining ETC, Chris headed up a role playing games division at Victory Games, where he designed the James Bond 007 RPG (winner of a Game of the Year award) and oversaw the entire Bond product line, among many other titles.
